In 15 years I have never managed to see the doctor I first registered with. Absolutely hate the ring back system. Do not always want to talk about my symptoms in front of visiting workmen or even some family members!! It also restricts you to within hearing distance of the phone (do not have mobile) for hours on end and not all conditions leave you laid out on the sofa! The delay to see a doctor of choice is unacceptable. The skin assessment doctor is generally 4 weeks plus which is even more galling when down to one man having let the other go to another practice. My one highlight in many months of regular attendance with elderly relatives was seeing the locum Dr Bhopari just after Christmas. Could not find any way of leaving a review for him but he was EXCELLENT. Our very best experience EVER and everything a GP should be. If you ever manage to get him on the books full time we would all be happy to wait 6 weeks just to see him

I think these doctors are to busy to provide the care they should. It is my feeling that they failed in my care. I was a patient here for 27 years, however, due to my recent experiences I have had to move practices.

As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the receptionists were when I registered. Have already been contacted by the surgery and when I telephoned for a prescription, I was told it would be waiting for me the next day, which it was. Many thanks indeed.

Don't offen ring for a appointment but hate all this call back stuff..... Also prescription team never got a script right yet !!! Pharmacy staff need to learn to smile
